Oh thank goodness it wasn’t just me!
I just got a notice from a google alert I set up and ‘our Act’ has got its first Regulation. It says in part
For subsection 155 (2) of the Act, the National VET Regulator may also be know as the Australian Skills Quality Authority.”
Right that solves that little confusion / mystery.

Go to Nat Vet Tab and see Nat Vet Regulations
