11 days to go and the Law is the Law .... and more ...

Have you actually read the National Vocational Education and Training Regulator Act 2011 ? Ok .. probability not. BUT .. we all should!

This IS 'our' new law! It is in many ways the ultimately authority for and of our new authority and regulator. I'm not a lawyer and any posts I make are not legal advice (obviously).
Over the next few days I will be making some comments on my reading and understanding of 'this law'. (which actually isn't a 'law' yet but rather a proclamation ? - Feel free to correct me! but it can't and won't be law until 1/7/11 ?? Feel free to correct me!) ...anyway . it is pretty close to being 'our law' as I understand it!
And there is HEAPS I want to say about it ... (especially about the composition of our leaders and the other 'legal instruments' that will govern what we do and who we are ...)
So more to come ... but in the meantime ... I think we all should read our (soon to be) ACT!
