15 days to go: Q1 What Fees?

1. What fees, as an RTO, (i.e. member of this new family structure) will I be paying?There was a discussion document released (earlier last month) and I know "The submissions received are currently being analysed, and the proposed schedule will be revised to reflect the excellent and considered feedback that stakeholders have provided" and thankyou for your thankyou for the feedback BUT ... with 15 days to go before 'our' big launch .... ummm ... as far as I know no one actually knows what we will be paying. (?)  

Yes ... in the May 2011 National update newsletter I saw and appreciate the comment "ASQA's proposed fees and charges schedule has now been recalibrated to increase the number of organisations that are eligible to pay the minimum registration fees. The fee structure also includes an annual registration fee, which spreads the ongoing cost of registration over the life of the registration period."

That is great! But with 'only' 15 days to go I'd really like to know exactly what "has now been recalibrated" means and what the "an annual registration fee" will be.
